Your book has touched me in my deepest core. I cried almost the whole time.

During some horrible periods in the book (Intifada) I was having a fun time on a kibbutz. I find that a horrible thought. I was such an ignorant person. How could I NOT have known??

My eyes have opened and will not close again. I am very sorry for everything your people have gone and are still going through.

I wish that all Palestinian people can return to the land of their forefathers and live in peace with the Israeli people.

Furthermore, I hope that you keep telling the story of your people… in many more books to come.

Salam,
Thank you Eveline for your thoughts and feelings.I had the same feelings when i read that book.Though I am A muslim,I really feel sorry for what’s going on there.I feel frustrated because crying doesn’t solve the problem.My dear Palestinian brothers and sisters need help and support…real support and not just going out and shouting and burning flags and showing pictures .We need to take more actions.
I wish i could be in touch with you .The website can either forward my email address or the opposite.
